We want you to love your aesthetic drinkware. Since our products include fragile items and personalized customizations, we have established a clear and fair return policy to protect both our customers and our small business.
Please read our terms below:
1. Non-Returnable Items:
To maintain quality and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized/Personalized Items: Any cup, bottle, or tumbler crafted with custom names, initials, or bespoke designs cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrived physically damaged from our side (subject to the Unboxing Video rule in our Shipping Policy).
Used Items: For hygiene reasons, any drinkware that has been washed, filled, or used cannot be accepted for a return or exchange under any circumstances.
2. 24-Hour Returns & Exchanges (Standard Items Only):
For non-customized, standard items, we offer a strict 24-hour return or exchange window from the exact time of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
The return or exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged product packaging.
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
Message our WhatsApp team +92 313 0372721 or email us at kayyyforcups@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Once approved, you will need to safely pack the item and ship it back to our operational facility in Hyderabad via a local courier service (such as Trax, Leopards, or TCS).
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
⚠️ Important Return Packaging Rule: Since drinkware is highly fragile, customers are fully responsible for ensuring the item is packed securely (using sufficient bubble wrap and a sturdy box) before handing it to the courier. If a returned item arrives at our facility broken, cracked, or damaged due to poor packaging, the return or exchange will be strictly rejected, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items (On Arrival):
If your item arrived broken, defective, or if you received the incorrect design/color from us, please refer immediately to our Shipping Policy regarding the required Unboxing Video. Once the unboxing video is verified by our team within 24 hours of arrival, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement to you at zero extra charge.
4. Refunds & Mode of Payment:
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the following methods:
For Online/Bank Payments: The amount will be reversed directly to your original payment method (bank account or card).
For Cash on Delivery (COD): Since you paid in cash at your doorstep, we will issue your refund digitally via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or a Direct Bank Transfer to an account provided by you.
